Ascent Apartments in San Jose offers a variety of spacious one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartment homes designed to fit a range of lifestyles. Each residence features modern finishes, open-concept living spaces, stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, in-home washers and dryers, generous storage, and private outdoor spaces. Select homes are also available through the community's Attainable Housing Program for qualifying households.

Yes. Ascent reserves a portion of income-qualified apartment homes for eligible residents. Income-protected one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and three-bedroom apartments may be available based on household qualifications. 

To qualify under the affordable housing income limits in San Jose County, a household's maximum annual gross income cannot exceed 80% AMI.
